BRICS STORE is happy to accept returns for any reason up to 14 days after you received your package. To return an item you must complete the return form enclosed within seven days of receiving your order. Send the package together with the return form where you state your name, order number and a short description of the matter. Pack the product/products in a bag or a box. The package must reach BRICS-STORE.COM within 14 days after you have received your order. Please be aware that the parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery. The product/products must be returned unused and in a mint condition. 


The item is your responsibility until it reaches BRICS-STORE.COM. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility; along with any customs duties that may occur when returning your item. The item must be returned to the address stated on the return form. BRICS STORE will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. If your item is faulty on receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund. We may require evidence of the fault in the form of photographs

In case of an exchange or a refund the return shipping fee will not be refunded. Only the cost for the purchased items will be refunded. The money transaction to your account will be made as soon as possible after that we have received the returned package. It can be as long as two weeks though. If you wish to make an exchange to another product, you will be charged for the difference by credit card. If the product is cheaper the difference will be put back into the account stated on the return form as soon as possible. If you find that the product/products have been damaged during shipping or that we have sent you the wrong product/size, contact us by e-mail or phone for further instructions on how to make a complaint.

In the case of an accepted complaint, the original shipping will be repaid along with the price for the purchased item/items. If you attach your shipping receipt, your return shipping will also be repaid

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). If you are returning the items from outside of the EU to a EU boutique, there may be additional taxes and duties to be paid. These charges are your responsibility; please check these with your chosen postal service provider. 
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) upon receipt. To make a return, please follow the instructions below:



1. Complete the return form (if you've lost your return form please send an email to hello@brics-store.com)

2. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that will insure your goods such as UPS, however this is your choice.


3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 


4. Print the returns form and place it within the box with the items to be returned. 


5. The return must be posted back to the address stated on the printed returns form. 


6. Please ensure that the parcel containing the returned items is clearly marked with Anywho's address and securely sealed. 


7. If you have received the wrong item or if the item is faulty, you may return it to us following the standard procedure for all returns. You will be asked during the process the reason for your return. If BRICS-STORE.COM upon receiving and verifying the goods, accept that the item was faulty or it was the wrong item, then we will refund you the full value of the item and the original cost of shipping it to you.
